Terrible service, tried using company twice and both times they didn't come through and made bs excuses on why they can't service me. Poor communication and bad business. I highly recommend you don't use this company.
Mike installed a new blower motor and cleared the drain system on the furnace. He initially thought I'd need an OEM part, but they found a universal one that would work with my system, saving me $100. Friendly staff, quick work. Will definitely use again.

It was 8 p.m and had a furnace problem. I called several contractors that said they were 24 hours in the Big Rapids area. No one returned or answered the phone. I called Rite Choice and was greeted with a pleasant voice that seemed concerned with my issue. She had a technician to my house within an hour and the repair was made. The next morning their office called to make sure i was happy with the service. I told them that they were the only ones that answered the phone and how refreshing it was to have a company that still believes in customer service.
