My wife and stopped into this newly remodeled McDonalds and were pleasantly surprised to have an excellent experience. Their new touch screen ordering system even makes specialty orders easy. Customer service was excellent, and my wife's Big Mac, along with my chicken sandwich w/ bacon even looked as advertised. All around great experience....for a McDonalds.
Food is nasty and old, the cashier was swearing at another worker when I pulled up to the window to pay, had to pull ahead and wait for my food that appeared and tasted old like it had been sitting out for a long time, dried out and cool- room temp. Never eating here again I'll drive all the way to reed city before I stop there again!
They served me cold food (burger and fries) after waiting for it 5 minutes in the drive thru. I can understand the wait for hot food. Worst McDonald's I have been too
To much SALT on fries and everything is getting smaller but the prices are getting higher.. Then this evening I ordered the 2 for 5.00 then I just needed 1 more and they charged me 4.09 for 1 really if that's the case I would have got another for another dollar.
